Rates for the Casita del Bosque $75 USD per night Minimum stay 3 nights (Except holidays) We also have weekly or monthly rates, please ask us, pricing varies with the season. Rates for the Casita include fresh organically grown Nicaraguan coffee, sugar and milk. |
Also available for a minimal fee of $10 plus food costs, we can go grocery shopping for you, before your arrival, and have the kitchen stocked with food. We can shop for either just the basics or a more complete array of foods for you. We can also set up to have dinner waiting for you on the stove for your arrival day! |

Dinner at the Surf Lodge Surfer Cal-Mex cuisine prepared by Liz and Scott ($7-$15 per person) Tacos, beans and rice (beef or chicken) Burritos or Bur-tacos (vegetarian, beef or chicken) with fresh pico de gallo Enchiladas (traditional Mexican style or stacked surfer style) Carne en tomatata (meat in a tomato and chili sauce) with rice and letejas (Panamian style) |
Dinner at the Casita del Bosque or Hacienda Pura Vista Nicaraguan cuisine prepared by our Nica cook ($7-$15 per person) Naca tamales (local tamales, meat, chicken or vegetarian a meal in themselves) Enchiladas Nica style (more of an empanada than an enchilada, made with fresh corn masa and filled with meat or chicken) with fresh cabbage salad. Pescosones (fried squash with cheese) Ceviche (made with fresh lobster and/or oysters) |
